After a planned 3 to 6 month break turned into over 12 months, I’m so delighted to be hosting and sharing conversations again.

Our house move and changing family needs has meant it's not been possible to record until now. Unfortunately, just around the time the broadband started playing up. However, with a change in provider coming in April the final hurdle is resolved, and recordings are now getting scheduled.

I’m still deciding whether to return to fortnightly episodes or go monthly; either way it is so exciting to be preparing to sit down and talk with guests; sharing their insights, lived experiences and expertise again. And as always, we’ll be talking all things mental health; including illness, wellness, stigma and support.

A HUGE thank you to all my previous (and future) guests and to everyone that listens to the podcast. And, everyone that hopefully watches! That’s right, I’m going to be adding video content to the podcast. Very exciting, but also a challenge, and potentially one that makes monthly episodes more viable than fortnightly.

It’s a new era for the podcast, a 12 month break in episodes is a long time. So fully expecting to surprise people when they see a new episode appear.

If you’re interested in being a guest and sharing your thoughts, projects, campaigns visit my website to find out more about being a guest and send an email, let’s set up our virtual chat.
